The Head of Property and Regeneration
introduced the report which set out the redundancy costs requiring
approval by Full Council following the restructure of the Property
and Regeneration department.
The Councillors made comments and the officer
gave clarification where necessary.
RECOMMENDED (to Full
Council): The approval of the budget to allow a member of staff to
be made redundant, as set out in the report.
Reasons for the decision: The
costs would be funded from the restructure reserve and the payback
period for deleting this post would be less than three years.
