The following declarations were made:

·        The Committee Members made a voluntary announcement that they had received correspondence regarding item 7.

·        Councillor Glover made a voluntary announcement that she had received correspondence for item 9.

·        Councillor Harvey-Quirke made a voluntary announcement that she was the Ward Councillor for item 9 and had received correspondence in relation to this item.

·        Councillor Eden-Green made a voluntary announcement that he was the council’s representative on the Strategic Access Management and Monitoring Strategy (SAMMS) on the relevant items.

·        Councillor Caffery made a voluntary announcement that he was the Ward Councillor for item 8.

·        The Chairman made a voluntary announcement that he was a Kent County Councillor and that item 12 was his application, therefore he would vacate the chair and the Vice-Chairman would take the chair for that item.

·        Councillor Flack made a voluntary announcement that some of the speakers were known to her.

Public participation

If any member of the public wishes to speak on any item / planning application for the meeting they must give notice to Democratic Services by 12.30pm on Monday, 11 November 2019.

 

It is the usual practice of the Committee to allow any public speakers to be heard immediately before the consideration of the relevant application / item.
